Greetings from The Converse Club!

What is the club about?
This club was made for Deviant Artists who love their Converse's, and also for those who enjoy designing Art about/on/for Converse.
Deviant's submit their art to share their talents around the club, chat to other members, and meet some pretty rad people.

How do I join?
To become a member of the club, please send a note (with the subject of "Join") to ~TheConverseClub and I will confirm your request as soon as we can. You will recieve a note informing you that you are now a member of ~TheConverseClub and have been "watched".

Please note, just watching the club does NOT make you a member.


How do I submit art once I become a member?
Submit your piece of art on your account, then send a note (with the subject of "Submit") to ~TheConverseClub and I will place it on the club's website with a link to your own website.

What Art categories are accepted in ~TheConverseClub?
All categories are accepted. But, as said in the Terms & Conditions, if any member of the club is caught copying other Deviant's work then they will be prosecuted from the club and dealt with via the Deviant Art Head Office.

Do I get credited for my work once it is submitted by ~TheConverseClub?
Yes. Here is an example of what the "Artist's Comment" looks like when you submit a piece of Art into the club:

Are there rankings/promotions within the club?
No, although there might be an Assistant Manager (to be advised). I do not feel that I need to rank members by judging their work. Every member is an equal to other members, this way no one gets excluded.

Are there any rules for being a member of ~TheConverseClub?
Yes. They are:
-No swearing. I will issue 3 separate warnings if a member is caught swearing, and then I will report them to the Deviant Art Head Office.
-No copying of other Deviant's art. If a member is found copying other Deviant's work, then they will be dealt with via the Deviant Art Head Office.
-No "chat-speak" (eg: omg dis is lik so kewl i luv it!). I dislike chat-speak. Please use proper grammar and punctuation when posting/chatting on ~TheConverseClub.
-No abusing of other members. This is not nice, especially if you are the victim. Any member who has been abused by another, please send a note (with subject "Report Abuse") to ~TheConverseClub and report it immediatly.
-Please Do not comment the work submitted via ~TheConverseClub. If you wish to comment the work, please go to the creator's Deviant Art website and comment there.

Is ~TheConverseClub free to join?
Yes. Becoming a member of the club is entirely free. How rad is that for fun and entertainment?!

Is there anything else I should know about being a member of ~TheConverseClub?
Yes. You have the right to feel safe whilst being a part of ~TheConverseClub. You also have the right to have fun whilst being a member of the club. Also, if you would like to "Affiliate" this club with yours, please send a note (with the subject "Affiliate") to ~TheConverseClub and I will place a link onto the website.
